Dong-Kun Kim

Dr. Dong-Kun Kim is a professor at the Graduate School of Public Affairs, Seoul National University. He serves on various committees, including the Committee for Tax Development and Research at the Korean Ministry of Finance and Economy.  He also served as a member of the President's Commission on Policy Planning during 1994-1997.
