Len Early

Mr. Len Early is the principal of Len Early Pty Ltd., a small company based in Canberra, Australia, providing advice on public sector policy and management, with a particular focus on public sector reform, budget reform, public sector superannuation and policy evaluation.  His clients have included the World Bank, the United Nations Development Program, AUSAID, and a range of private sector organisations and government departments and agencies.  Previously, he was Deputy Secretary of the Australian Department of Finance and Administration (DOFA), where he had responsibility for public sector reform and budget co-ordination.
During that period, he was chair of the Management Improvement Advisory Committee and vice chair of the OECD Public Management Committee (PUMA).
