Graham Scott

Dr. Graham Scott is a former Secretary to the Treasury of New Zealand. He is currently a consultant, and has worked on many projects involving public sector reform and management in various countries. In 1995, he was awarded the Queen's Honour: Companion of the Bath for his services to the New Zealand public sector.
