Dr. Linsu Kim is a professor of Management at Korea University and concurrently the Chairman of the Government Reform Council in Korea. He also taught at Boston University, Columbia University, and Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology. He has been a policy advisor to many government agencies in Korea and a research consultant to the World Bank, the United Nations University, and other UN agencies. |
