Mary Lim

Mrs. Mary Lim is an Assistant Director in the Personnel Policy Department of the Public Service Division, an arm of the Prime Minister's Office, Singapore. As a central agency on personnel matters, the Personnel Policy Division sets the personnel framework and shapes personnel policies for the Singapore Civil Service. It also provides effective HR methodologies to ensure that the Civil Service remains a progressive employer, able to attract, develop and retain the people it needs. She has been with the Public Service Division since its inception in 1983. Prior to this, she was with the other central personnel agencies in the Singapore Civil Service, namely the Public Service Commission and the Ministry of Finance. All in, she has more than 25 years of extensive experience in HR management of the Civil Service.
