As Director of Central Services/Regulatory Services in the Ministry of Finance, Singapore, Mr. How Sheng Lee oversees the formulation of procurement and finance policies applicable to public sector organizations, the setting up of frameworks for the management of public sector resources, the public sector computerization programme, electronic payments in the public sector and the regulatory framework for business and finance. He holds a B.A. from Cambridge University and an M.A. in Public Administration from Harvard University. Prior to holding his post in the Ministry of of Finance, he also served in the National Youth Council, the People's Association, the Ministry of Community Development, the Ministry of Trade and Industry, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of the Environment. |
