Sally Shelton-Colby

Before being appointed Deputy Secretary-General of the OECD, Ms. Sally Shelton-Colby was a senior US Government official whose experience included US Ambassadorships and serving on White House Commissions. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and has served on several boards of directors of non-governmental organizations. She taught US foreign policy decision-making at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, political and economic change at Georgetown University and at Catolica University in Santiago, Chile. She has extensive public and private-sector experience in the areas of finance, development, and foreign policy.
