Mr. Thirayuth Lorlertratna is a former Secretary-General for the Public Service Reform Committee in Thailand and is currently Judge of the Supreme Administrative Court. He has worked in the Thai Civil Service for more than thirty-five years. His previous positions include being the first elected President of the Thailand Society for Training and Development and the Assistant and Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of the Civil Service Commission. In his career, he participated on many occasions in developing and changing the Civil Service System of the Royal Thai Government. He holds a B.A. in Law from Thammsat University and an M.A. in Public Administration from Syracuse University in the U.S. |
