Jung-Taik Hyun

Dr. Jung-Taik Hyun is Presidential Secretary for Policy Coordination. He has actively participated in the coordination of core national policy projects, including public sector reform. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Seoul National University and a Ph.D in Economics from George Washington University in the U.S. He started his career in the public sector in 1975 and worked at Economic Planning Board and Ministry of Finance and Economy. He previously held positions as a research fellow at the World Bank, an economic diplomat at the OECD, and a counsellor at the Korean Embassy in China.
