Wan-Soon Kim

Dr. Wan-Soon Kim, Ombudsman, the Office of the Investment Ombudsman, is concurrently a professor of Economics at the College of Business Administration, Korea University, where he has been teaching since 1973.  He served aschairman of the Korean Trade Commission from 1989 to 1998.  Earlier Dr. Kim was an economist in the Research and Statistics Department and the African Department of the International Monetary Fund, and a senior fellow at the Korea Development Institute.
